3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload malicious files, attempt to circumvent usage limits, use the service for illegal purposes, share account credentials, or reverse engineer the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded documents. PannaPDF does not claim ownership of your files. We do not access, read, or share your documents except as necessary to provide the requested service.

6. AI Features

AI features are powered by third-party APIs. AI responses are generated based on your document content and may not be perfectly accurate. Do not rely on AI analysis for legal, medical, or financial decisions without professional verification.

7. E-Signatures

PannaPDF e-signatures are intended for general business use. They may not be legally binding in all jurisdictions. For critical legal documents, consult with a legal professional about electronic signature requirements in your jurisdiction.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for data loss due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

PannaPDF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
